All products manufactured by VIFUCO are warranted for a period of 6 months.
The condition of the warranty is that the technical damage of the product is confirmed due to a manufacturer defect.
VIFUCO does not warrant for the following cases:
- Damaged due to falling, breaking during transportation.
- Operating machinery not in accordance with technical procedures.
- Do not perform routine maintenance or repair or replace non-company parts by yourself.
- Due to external impacts such as natural disasters, fires, wars (force majeure events).
In all cases, the customer contact the Company will consider a specific settlement (attached based on the delivery note/invoice).
